Martha J. Devine, 45, of 17 Old Cement Road, Montoursville, died Sunday April 9, 2000, in the Williamsport Hospital after a brief illness.
She and her husband, Jack L. Devine were married Feb. 5 of this year.
She was a private-duty aide working in Muncy.
She graduated from Hughesville High School in 1974.
She enjoyed playing Bingo.
Born April 9, 1955, in Muncy, she was the daughter of Leston E. and Evelyn J. McClemons.
Surviving, besides her husband, and his mother, of Muncy, are a son Christian “Buddy” Lund of Lairdsville, two daughters, Heather at home and Nichole Lund of Lairdsville; brother Paul, of Muncy; two sisters, Carlene Kaiser of South Williamsport and Donna Reynolds of Muncy; and one grandchild.
She was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at McCarty Thomas, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville, with the Rev. Kathleen Shuck, pastor of Messiah Lutheran Church, Clarkstown, officiating.
Burial will be in Lairdsville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight.
